Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been received.
Once the order has shipped you will receive a confirmation along with tracking information for your order.
If you miss your delivery you can bring the pink USPS notice to your local post office to retrieve your package.
If you fail to pick up or reschedule your item to be redelivered and it is returned to DBETH , you will be responsible for reshipment of your item.
Any packages that are not delivered do to the fault of the consumer shipping will not be refunded.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. DBeth does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
International Shipping
We will not be held liable for any international shipments that are held up through customs or lost . It will be the sole responsibility of the consumer to contact the local customs department to assist with tracking of packages.
Returns
The Return Policy described below applies to all online purchases made through DBeth.com.
All items that are marked Sale are FINAL SALE items and are NOT eligible for return .
HATS , INTIMATE , AND SWIMWEAR ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE !! NO RETURNS !!
If any items other than FINAL SALE items fail to meet your expectations, it may be returned to DBETH for a refund within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Pack and secure your items (in the original packaging if possible) and include a copy of packing slip
Please note that YOU are responsible for the returning shipping cost. Shipping and Handling cost are not
REFUNDABLE!!!
Packages that are refused are subject to a $15.00 return shipping fee.
To reship any refused or returned items is another $15.00 re shipping fee.
